Elliot’s interest and experience have focused on health care real estate development, planning, asset management, and risk assessment.
Prior to co-founding Castling Partners, Elliot served as Finance Lead for Belay Energy where he specialized in providing financially attractive building efficiency solutions for senior housing real estate portfolios.
Prior to his time at Belay Energy Elliot served as an Asset Manager with Health Care REIT (now Welltower) where he managed $1.5 billion of senior housing and medical assets across 23 states. Elliot also worked supporting the development team at Frauenshuh Healthcare Real Estate Solutions.
Elliot holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Construction Management and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Denver.
